Street Dance for children of all ages
The urban style of dance has become ever more popular in recent years, largely due to shows such as Britain’s Got Talent and Got To Dance – showcasing groups like Diversity and talented individuals like George Sampson. But urban dance has been around for years! Street Dance challenges the mind as well as the body, and is great for building confidence in young people; bringing these elements together with the chart music that everyone loves, Dance Junkie is a fun class to learn and enjoy with friends.
MINIS
This Is not only a super fun class for the Key Stage 1 age group but an introduction to rhythm, counting, coordination, isolations and much more!

JUNIORS
There are two options for this age group. First are the after school clubs – a relaxed and fun environment where children learn the foundations of Street Dance. Second are the Dance Junkie UDO exam classes, where dancers are able to learn new routines whilst being taught by experienced industry professionals.

INTERMEDIATES
The intermediate (teens) classes place greater emphasis on individuality and improving ability levels, with the overall aim being to encourage and motivate. These classes contain a far higher level of fitness and body conditioning. Dance combinations within this age group begin to speed up and change weekly from class to class.
